The details

What happens to your boxes

Your tracking number

When we collect, every piece gets a label with the shipment's tracking number and its own piece number - e.g. KCL-260928-00452-03. The label shows nothing else about you: no name, no address.

Scanned at every stage

Each piece is scanned into our UK warehouse, onto its container, off it in Mombasa and out to you. If something is on the wrong container, the scanner stops it.

Collecting in Kenya

When it's ready we message you. Bring your tracking number and photo ID - or tell us who is collecting for you. Any balance is settled at collection.
